Privacy Policy

This policy describes how VALENTIN DOS SANTOS LTDA (“VS Quality”, “we”) handles personal data on the VSQ CRM website and, when applicable, in the operation of dedicated hosting on a VS Quality VPS.

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Who we are

Data controller for the website and commercial contacts: VALENTIN DOS SANTOS LTDA, Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) 38.225.533/0001-44, email contato@vsquality.com, website vsquality.dev.

2. Scope

This policy covers:

  • browsing and forms on the VSQ CRM website (landing page and related pages);
  • the technical handling of customer data when a VSQ CRM installation is hosted on a VS Quality VPS (the recommended model).

Business data entered into the CRM (clients, consultants, contracts, payroll, etc.) is, as a rule, processed under the responsibility of the contracting customer (the controller). VS Quality acts as processor / infrastructure provider when hosting the dedicated instance, in accordance with the contract and the customer's instructions.

3. Data we collect on this site

  • Contact / trial form: name, email, company, interest, and message — to respond to sales and evaluation requests.
  • Technical access data: IP address, date/time, user agent, and infrastructure logs (when available from the site's hosting provider), for security and diagnostics.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the form for third-party marketing.

4. Legal bases (LGPD)

  • Performance of preliminary procedures / contract (art. 7, V) — responding to trial, proposal, and sales requests.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) — website security, abuse prevention, and operational improvement, balanced against data subject rights.
  • Consent (art. 7, I) — when explicitly indicated in the form or in specific communications.
  • Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, where applicable (art. 7, II).

5. Dedicated hosting on VS Quality VPS

In the model that includes hosting, each customer receives a dedicated instance (its own application and database), with no multi-tenancy shared with other customers. This reduces the risk of data mixing between organizations.

  • infrastructure and backups are VS Quality's operational responsibility, under the terms of the contract;
  • administrative access is restricted to VS Quality's authorized team for support, maintenance, and incident response;
  • the customer remains responsible for the purposes, legal bases, and quality of the data entered into the CRM;
  • if the customer chooses to install on their own infrastructure ("license only"), infrastructure handling becomes the customer's responsibility.

6. Native CRM suggestions (no AI providers)

VSQ CRM offers suggestion and operational support features (for example, consultant matching, commercial briefs, project risk briefs, and CV field extraction) through deterministic engines that run on the customer's own instance.

  • these features do not send CRM data to external large language model (LLM) providers and do not depend on a third-party API key (BYOK);
  • processing happens in the contracted instance environment, on data already stored by the customer;
  • the former AI / LLM assistant integration has been discontinued and is not part of the current product.

7. Sharing

We may share strictly necessary data with providers who assist us (for example, transactional email or website hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations and for a limited purpose. We may also disclose data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.

8. Retention

Sales contacts: kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the relationship, or until a deletion request when applicable. Data for contracted instances: per the contract, backup policy, and legal obligations. Security logs: kept for as long as needed to protect the infrastructure.

9. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures suited to the scale of the operation: per-instance isolation, access control, encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS) where applicable, encryption at rest for sensitive integration credentials (when entered in the UI), backups, and support procedures. No system is 100% invulnerable; in the event of a significant incident, we will act in accordance with the LGPD and the contract.

10. Data subject rights

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability (where applicable), deletion of unnecessary data, information about data sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise rights over website / sales-contact data, write to contato@vsquality.com with the subject “LGPD / Privacy”. For data within a customer's instance, the primary channel is that customer (the controller); VS Quality can provide technical support.

11. Cookies

This site may use cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary for it to function (for example, session preferences or security). We do not currently use third-party advertising networks on the landing page. If this changes, we will update this policy.

12. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect legal or product changes. The date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use of the site after material changes implies awareness of the new version, except where the law requires specific consent.
